(4) Anti-static workbench mat: surface resistance value 105-109Ω; Friction voltage < 100V; Ground system resistance 105-109Ω.

(5) Anti-static work chair facing caster resistance 105-109Ω.

(6) Anti-static work clothes, hats, gloves friction voltage < 300V; Sole friction voltage < 100V. Surface resistance value 105-109Ω.

Formulate anti-static management system, and have a special person responsible for it. Periodically check and maintain the effectiveness of ESD facilities.

(4) Human comprehensive resistance: test once a day, generally at the entrance of the workshop.

(5) Check the anti-static performance of anti-static components rack, printed board rack, turnover box and transport vehicle every six months.

(6) Anti-static floor, table mat, and floor mat are tested every three months.

(7) The electrostatic elimination equipment is tested once every three months, and the electrostatic tester is available.

(8) Check the grounding of antistatic products once a month.
