The isolator is to put the process of cell therapy drug production in a completely closed area, including reagent preparation, cell pretreatment operation, cell culture centrifuge cell microscopy observation, environmental monitoring and other processes.

    The cell therapy isolation workstation is also structurally composed of a transfer module and an operation module. The transfer compartment acts as A small isolator that achieves Class A cleanliness within two minutes of being turned on, with a dust particle counter and a plankton collector continuously monitoring environmental cleanliness. After reaching Class A cleanliness, the transfer hatch door is opened, and the samples and reagents are transferred to the operating compartment by electric tray. The whole process of cell production is completed with the help of the built-in COz incubator, microscope, centrifuge, cell counter and other instruments. The whole process is monitored and managed by SCADA system to ensure traceability.
